Symbolic C++ v. 2
Symbolic C++ 2nd extended and revised edition is a book (and programming library) published by Springer:

http://www.Springer.com/978-1-85233-260-0

The book covers version 2 of the Symbolic C++ programming library, which is suitable for business use. This is for programmers who plan to write their own computer algebra routines in C++ and have not yet begun to do so. Working code with basic algorithms are provided which can be used as a starting point for developing more advanced C++ classes.

Notes
1.  A newer version of this book and source code is available from a different publisher (World Scientific) but we use this Springer edition instead because it can be used for commercial purposes. We will post a note about minor corrections we made to this version's source code (check back later this year).

2.  Another resource for learning how to design C++ classes is the ARPREC programming library.
